1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bpexvh ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bpexvh website located at https://bpexvh.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications made available through it.

bpexvh is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slots, table games and esports wagering, together with responsible gambling tools and player support resources.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood these Terms in full;
• you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3; and
• you accept full personal responsibility for verifying that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in your Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by you on any sporting event, casino game, or other wagering opportunity offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to your Account subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the bpexvh website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications or services operated under the bpexvh brand.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the Platform's services are not permitted under local law or operator policy, including any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

3 Account Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met continuously throughout your use of bpexvh:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We apply strict age verification and will request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds returned subject to our verification procedures.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location. bpexvh does not guarantee access or legality in any particular country, including Pakistan.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account at any one time. Operating multiple accounts — whether alone or in coordination with others — is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gambling restriction that would prohibit your access to the Platform.
6. Own Identity: You must register and play in your own name, using your own payment methods. Opening an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration you will be required to provide:

• your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document;
• a valid date of birth confirming you are of legal age;
• a valid and active email address;
• a contact number;
• your residential address; and
• a unique username and strong password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

bpexvh reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, bpexvh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

In using the Platform you agree that you will:

• use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations;
• not attempt to circumvent any security, access control or geo-restriction mechanism on the Platform;
• not use the Platform in any manner that could impair, overburden or damage the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other user's access;
• not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent;
• comply with all responsible gambling guidelines and limits set by you or applied to your Account by the Platform; and
• treat all Platform staff and fellow users with respect — abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

The Platform is intended for personal use only. Commercial use, resale of services, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following conditions:

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. bpexvh does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. bpexvh makes no claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, unless explicitly approved otherwise following KYC review. All withdrawals are subject to:

• successful completion of KYC identity verification;
• all active wagering requirements on bonus funds having been met;
• the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method; and
• an anti-money laundering review where the Platform deems it appropriate.

bpexvh targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the Platform's payment FAQ, but reserves the right to extend processing times for security or compliance reasons.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bpexvh may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless stated otherwise.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted, only one bonus may be active at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: bpexvh reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a user has attempted to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment purposes only. bpexvh reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice provided wherever reasonably practicable.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are published within the respective sports or casino sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message from the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to a system error or connectivity issue are not binding on bpexvh.
• bpexvh reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other irregularity, including where official sporting bodies have declared an event void.
• In the case of any disputes regarding bet settlement, the Platform's records shall be deemed the definitive source of truth.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. bpexvh reserves the right to restrict stake limits on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. bpexvh reserves the right to decline in-play bets at its discretion without providing a reason.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Balance (including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law), and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether alone or in coordination with other individuals;
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features or extract data from the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to any event on which bets are offered;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other geo-circumvention technology; and
• Engaging in any conduct intended to manipulate odds, exploit arbitrage in a manner that violates Platform rules, or place bets with the sole purpose of qualifying for a bonus without genuine play intent.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bpexvh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• breach of any provision of these Terms;
• failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• a responsible gambling concern raised by you, a third party, or identified by our monitoring systems; or
• a regulatory, legal or compliance obligation requiring us to restrict your access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bpexvh reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. In all other cases of account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable processing fees and timelines.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bpexvh or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content;
• modify or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content;
• use any data mining, robots or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or
• use the bpexvh name, logo or brand assets without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a civil or criminal claim.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexvh and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its services;
• any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Platform's content;
• any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• any loss or corruption of data;
• the conduct of third parties, including payment providers; or
• any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bpexvh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bpexvh recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact bpexvh's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the dispute may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under the operator's applicable licence conditions.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Pakistan differs materially from international licensing frameworks, and that disputes involving Pakistani law may not fall within the jurisdiction of the operator's ADR body. bpexvh strongly encourages Pakistani users to seek independent legal advice before pursuing a formal dispute.
